Trees in Winter is a sumptuous 176-page hardback, with more than 40 of my prints and the story of my love of trees and nature. You’ll read about my chance discovery of printmaking, the difficulties of my early life and how I overcame them through the beauty I find in the British landscape, especially in winter. It was published October 2024 by Sphere, an imprint of Little, Brown publishers. The book measures 19.56 x 2.29 x 24.89cm.

I bought this book after a long period of admiring Richard’s work online. Being able to see the prints in more detail in the book is wonderful and as a printmaker myself, very inspiring. I just really love his work.
It’s also worth mentioning that Richard was very proactive in reaching out about the delivery of the book so I was well aware of when to expect it, which was appreciated.
